Founder - Delma Sangster

Delma Sangster, Broker/Owner of Sangster Realty, Inc., began her real estate career in Atlanta in the early seventies. In March 1973 she earned her broker's license and then formed her own company.

A native of Dooly County, Georgia, Delma was a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Dooly County Chamber of Commerce and Crisp County Chamber of Commerce.

Having served as President of the Crisp Area Board of Realtors, Delma achieved the nationally recognized Residential Sales Specialist designation which is a symbol of excellence in residential sales. She also earned the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute). Specializing in residential, commercial, farm and development properties for over fifteen years, she served clients and customers wishing to purchase or sell in Cordele, Vienna, Arabi, Unadilla, Pinehurst, and Byromville, Georgia.
