Byford Wagstaff

Byford Wagstaff began his real estate career with Sangster Realty, Inc. in 1985. In 1987 Byford moved to Re/Max of Buckhead in Atlanta where he became a life member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Byford brings his experience in residential, land and commercial sales in Atlanta and North Georgia to Sangster Realty, Inc. Byford received his Brokers license and GRI designation in 1988. Byford returned to Sangster Realty, Inc. in January of 2006 after the death of his Aunt, Delma Sangster, Founder of Sangster Realty, Inc. Byford is currently Vice President of the Crisp Area Board of Realtors.

Aras Troxell

A lifetime resident of Cordele, GA, Aras earned an Associate Art Degree from GA Southwestern College. Aras has had her own business for over 23 years with Townecraft Cookware of Cordele.  She is a member of First United Methodist Church of Cordele, The Patsy Stewart SS Class; she also serves on several committees at Church and Sunday school, and has taught Sunday school for seventeen years. She is a member of Dooly Co. Chamber of Commerce.  Aras loves to spend her free time reading, walking, helping others and spending time with her family.

Harriet Sheffield

Harriet Sheffield realtor journey began in May 2008 with Sangster Realty, Inc. Prior to joining Sangster Realty, Harriet owned Sweet Spirit Christian Books and Gifts where she served the public for several years.  She has been active in many school and communities activities.  Harriet and her family are active in Wenona Baptist Church where she serves as youth director and serves on several committees.  She is married to Kenny Sheffield.  They have three daughters and two granddaughters.  She loves to walk, working in the yard, being around people, and playing with her two granddaughters.
